3. Hand Release Push-up (HRP)

4. Sprint-Drag-Carry (SDC)
Measures agility and anaerobic endurance. 5 x 50m shuttle with sleds and kettlebells.
5. Plank (PLK)

Passing Standards
To pass the ACFT, a Soldier must achieve a minimum of 60 points in each of the 6 events, for a total minimum score of 360.
Unlike the APFT or earlier versions of the ACFT, there are currently no MOS-specific tiers (Heavy/Significant/Moderate). The 60-point baseline applies to all Soldiers.
Updated for 2025
- Leg Tuck Removed: The plank is now the only core event.
- Age Neutral Scoring: The 60-point passing line is standard, though performance evaluation for promotion may group by age/gender.
